    摘 要：玉米赤霉烯酮及其类似物是一种有害物质，它们会对动物的生殖功能和免疫机能产生抑制作用，从而直接或间接地影响动物的健康，对畜牧业造成极大的危害。因此，开展玉米赤霉烯酮及其类似物的检测研究非常必要。本文对目前玉米赤霉烯酮及其类似物的检测方法进行了详细介绍，为未来研究玉米赤霉烯酮及其类似物多残留检测方法提供了重要的参考。

    Abstract： Zearalenone and its analogues are harmful substances that can inhibit the reproductive function and immune system of animals， directly or indirectly affecting their health and causing great damage to the livestock industry. Therefore， it is essential to conduct research on the detection of zearalenone and its analogues. This chapter provides a detailed introduction to the current detection methods for zearalenone and its analogues， providing important references for future research on multi-residue detection methods of zearalenone and its analogues.
