    摘 要：我国是世界养蜂大国，同时也是蜂蜜生产、消费和出口大国，蜂蜜的消费潜力巨大，蜂蜜市场也在不断扩大。近年来，一些不法商人利用名优标签，通过以假乱真、以次充好等手段生产假冒伪劣的蜂蜜及制品牟取暴利，导致蜂蜜的产品混乱，蜂蜜信息标示错误，严重影响了蜂蜜市场的秩序和蜂产品的商业价值。因此需要加大对蜂蜜产品的检测力度，深入探究蜂蜜的内在成分，开发有效的蜂蜜真假鉴别手段，打击掺假造假行为。本文围绕稳定同位素和矿质元素指纹在当前蜂蜜产地鉴别中的发展与应用进行讨论，以期为我国蜂蜜产地溯源提供参考。

    Abstract： China is a big beekeeping country in the world， but also a big country in honey production， consumption and export. The honey consumption potential is huge， and the honey market is expanding constantly. In recent years， some illegal traders use famous and good labels to produce fake and shoddy honey and products to make high profits， which leads to the confusion of honey products in the market and the wrong labeling of honey information， which seriously affects the order of the honey market and the commercial value of bee products. Therefore， it is necessary to strengthen the detection of honey products， deeply explore the internal components of honey， develop effective means to identify the true and false honey， and combat adulteration and counterfeiting.
