    摘 要：食品检测是食品安全工作的重要环节之一，也是践行食品安全标准、加强食品安全控制的主要手段。本文简要阐述了食品安全中的食品检测背景，分析了食品检测对食品安全的重要作用，并提出了持续完善检测标准、健全食品安全检测机制、规范食品生产经营场所、加强先进检测技术推广等策略，以供参考。

    Abstract： Food testing is one of the important links in food safety work， and it is also the main means to practice food safety standards and strengthen food safety control. This article briefly explains the background of food testing in food safety， analyzes the important role of food testing in food safety， and proposes strategies such as continuously improving testing standards， improving food safety testing mechanisms， standardizing food production and business premises， and strengthening the promotion of advanced testing technologies for reference.

    食品檢测工作，主要就是根据食品安全规范与标准，灵活利用各项检测技术与设备对食品进行抽样检测，分析食品内的营养成分、农药残留成分及微生物含量情况，综合判断食品样品是否符合安全标准，从而维护食品的安全与稳定，为人们营造安全、和谐、稳定的饮食环境。就目前食品安全及食品检测工作的开展情况分析，食品检测具有辅助落实食品安全标准、维护食品安全等多方面作用，同时对于确定食品风险等级、整肃食品行业环境而言具有重要作用。为了发挥食品检测的重要作用，应具备完善的检测标准[1]。

    1 食品检测现状

    十八大以来，我国党和政府高度重视食品安全问题，不断提出食品安全治理相关政策，同时各地区纷纷响应号召 ......
