    摘 要:随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对于农产品质量安全问题的关注程度越来越高,随之而来的农药残留问题也日益突显。酶抑制率法是发展较为成熟的农药残留快速检测方法,本文分析了酶抑制率法的特点,探讨了提高酶抑制率法进行果蔬农药残留快速检测准确性的建议。

    Abstract: With the continuous improvement of living standards, peoples attention to the quality and safety of agricultural products is becoming increasingly high, and the problem of pesticide residues is also becoming increasingly prominent. The enzyme inhibition rate method is a relatively mature method for rapid detection of pesticide residues. This article analyzes the characteristics of the enzyme inhibition rate method and explores suggestions for improving the accuracy of the enzyme inhibition rate method for rapid detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.
