    摘 要：维生素B12是人体内一种重要的微量元素，其在人体新陈代谢过程中发挥重要作用。由于维生素B12本身结构较为复杂，且含量较低，因此针对维生素B12检测方法进行分析具有重要的现实意义。本文简单介绍了维生素B12的性状及功能，综述了维生素B12常用的检测方法，比较分析了试剂盒法与国家标准法测定维生素B12的优缺点。

    Abstract： Vitamin B12 is an important trace element in the human body， which plays an important role in the metabolic process. Since the structure of vitamin B12 itself is complex and its content is low， it is of great practical importance to analyze vitamin B12 detection methods. This paper briefly introduces the properties and functions of vitamin B12， reviews the commonly used detection methods for vitamin B12， and compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the kit method and the national standard method for the determination ofvitamin B12.

    維生素B12是B族维生素中的一类，其和人们的健康息息相关，通常以辅酶的形式参与人体各种代谢活动，有促进甲基形成、维持巯基还原状态和促进细胞成熟等多种功能。如果人体缺乏维生素B12将会引起神经紊乱、心脏病甚至是癌症等严重疾病，因此维生素B12受到了人们越来越多的关注。但维生素B12在人体内的含量很少，体外稳定性较差，化合物组成复杂，对其进行分析存在相当的难度。因此，选择精准且高效的维生素B12检测方法也就显得极为重要。
