摘 要：随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的提高，食品安全问题日益成为公众关注的焦点。全面提升质量监管效能，推动食品安全高效健康发展是保障人们生命健康的重要措施。通过健全食品安全法律法规体系、创新监管模式与技术、构建共治共享的食品安全环境3个方面的深入分析，探讨了提升我国食品安全监管效能的策略。强化法律法规执行力度、推行智慧监管、强化风险管理与评估、促进跨部门协作与信息共享、提升企业主体责任、增强社会公众参与以及优化食品安全宣传教育是确保食品安全维护公众健康的关键。
