高效液相色谱法测定饮用水源中阿特拉津




摘 要:本文建立了测定饮用水源中阿特拉津含量的高效液相色谱法。实验使用Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),检测波长为225 nm,柱温为25 ℃,以水∶甲醇=30∶70(体积比)为流动相,进样量10 μL,流速0.8 mL·min-1,等度洗脱,结合固相萃取对饮用水中阿特拉津含量进行测定。结果表明,该方法灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于水体中阿特拉津的测定。
