原子荧光光谱法同时测定饮用水中铅和总砷




摘 要:建立了一种应用原子荧光光谱法同时测定饮用水中铅和总砷含量的方法。结果表明,通过优化得到检测条件为铁氰化钾浓度1.00%,硼氢化钾浓度1.50%,硫脲浓度1.00%。铅和砷在0~10 μg·L-1时,线性关系良好,方法检出限分别为0.10 μg·L-1和0.15 μg·L-1,加标回收率为98.4%~103.3%。该方法节省了成本,提升了饮用水中铅和总砷的检测效率,适合在基层实验室中推广应用。
