    摘 要：本文分析了食品质量检测技术的实施现状，重点探讨了检测方法标准化程度不足、仪器设备精度和灵敏度限制以及现场快速检测技术局限性等问题，提出了建立统一检测标准体系、提升仪器性能及检测灵敏度、开发便携式快速检测设备等对策，以期有效提升食品质量检测的准确性、灵敏度和实用性，为保障食品安全提供重要技术支撑。
