    摘 要：近年来，快速检测技术凭借高效便捷、应用范围广等优势，在食品安全监管中的推广与应用越来越普遍。基于此，本文主要就快速检测技术在食品安全监管中的应用展开探讨，并就应用局限性及对策进行分析，旨在为食品安全监管质量与效率的提升建言献策，为维护食品安全和公众健康保驾护航。
