Abstract: As the pace of modern life accelerates, prepared dishes, as a convenient food choice, are becoming more and more popular among consumers. As prepared dishes are rapidly becoming popular, consumers are also paying more and more attention to their quality and safety. The production process of prepared dishes involves multiple links, each of which may affect the quality of the final product. Therefore, adopting scientific and effective food testing methods and quality and safety management measures is of great significance to protecting consumer health and maintaining the reputation of the industry.
