蔬菜中农药残留检测技术及质量控制策略研究

    摘 要:蔬菜种植过程中会使用大量农药,导致销售、食用过程中出现农药残留。农药残留检测技术作为保障食品安全的重要技术,形式多样,效果不一。本文重点分析了蔬菜农药残留的多重检测技术,提出质量控制策略,以期为蔬菜农产品农药残留检测提供参考。

    Study on the Detection Technology and Quality Control Strategy of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables

    Abstract: A large amount of pesticides are used in the process of vegetable cultivation, resulting in pesticide residues in the process of sales and consumption. Pesticide residue detection technology is an important technology to ensure food safety, with various forms and different effects. This article focuses on the analysis of multiple detection technologies for vegetable pesticide residues and proposes quality control strategies, in order to provide a reference for the detection of pesticide residues in vegetable agricultural products.
