基于酶底物法检测饮用水中大肠埃希氏菌的研究

摘 要:为探究酶底物法检测饮用水中大肠埃希氏菌的准确性和便捷性,从不同地点采集水样,采用标准检测法和酶底物法同时检测饮用水中的大肠埃希氏菌。结果表明,标准检测法检测出16份阳性样品和
3份阴性样品,酶底物法检测出17份阳性样品和2份阴性样品,两种方法检测的阳性率无显著性差异(P>0.05);14份样品最大可能数一致,5份样品最大可能数有差异,酶底物法检测的灵敏度高于标准检测法。本研究为饮用水中微生物的快速、高效检测提供了数据基础。
