摘 要:乙二胺四乙酸盐作为国内外广泛使用的一种食品添加剂,在抑制食品氧化、延长食品的保质期方面作用显著。本文介绍了乙二胺四乙酸盐的检测标准情况以及常用的检测方法研究进展,梳理了目前的监测现状,并提出了检测方法未来的发展方向。

Abstract: Ethylenediamine tetraacetate, as a food additive widely used at home and abroad. It plays a significant role in inhibiting the oxidation of food and extending the shelf life of food. This paper introduces the determination standards of ethylenediamine tetraacetate and the research progress of commonly used detection methods, and reviews the current monitoring status.
