    摘 要：利用先进方法和技术提取植物中具有生物活性的化合物，并将其用于功能性食品、保健品、药品等的开发与生产中，是相关领域的研究热点之一。本文综述了植物活性成分提取技术的研究进展，为进一步开发植物资源提供了重要参考。

    Abstract： The use of advanced methods and technologies to extract biologically active compounds from plants and use them in the development and production of functional foods， health products， and medicines is one of the research hotspots in related fields.
