    摘 要：随着经济社会的快速发展，食品安全日益成为媒体和大众关注的焦点。本文简要概述食品快检技术发展背景及应用现状，探讨微生物快检技术、免疫分析检测法、理化反应技术，以及色谱、波谱分析技术等在食品检测中的应用，并对食品快检技术的发展前景进行展望。

    Abstract： With the rapid development of the economy and society， food safety has increasingly become a focus of media and public attention. This article provides a brief overview of the development background and current application status of food rapid detection technology. It explores the applications of microbial rapid detection technology， immunoassay detection method， physicochemical reaction technology， chromatography， spectral analysis technology， etc. in food detection， and looks forward to the development prospects of food rapid detection technology.
