摘 要:预制菜产业推动了农村一二三产业的融合发展,成为农业转型升级的新业态、农民增收致富的新渠道。在乡村振兴背景下,预制菜产业的兴起为赤峰市的农业发展提供了新路径,也为实现乡村经济多元化提供了新的机遇。本文通过分析赤峰市预制菜产业发展现状、问题及挑战,提出相应的改进建议,以期为赤峰市预制菜产业的发展提供理论支撑和决策参考。
