    摘 要：随着食品安全问题日益突出，传统检测方法难以满足日益严苛的要求。大数据分析技术以其强大的数据处理和分析能力，为食品安全检测带来新的契机。本文分析了当前食品安全检测存在的问题，提出了大数据分析技术在食品安全检测中的应用策略，以期为完善我国食品安全检测体系提供参考。

    The Application of Big Data Analysis in Food Safety Testing

    Abstract： With the increasing prominence of food safety issues， traditional testing methods are unable to meet the increasingly stringent requirements. Big data analysis technology， with its powerful data processing and analysis capabilities， brings new opportunities for food safety testing. This article analyzes the current problems in food safety testing and proposes application strategies of big data analysis technology in food safety testing， in order to provide reference for improving China’s food safety testing system.
