摘 要：食用农产品作为人类社会生存和发展的基础，其质量安全的重要性不言而喻，加强食用农产品质量安全检测是推动农业发展和社会进步的重要手段。本文详细概述高分辨质谱技术的基本原理、种类及特点，综述近些年高分辨质谱技术在食用农产品质量安全检测领域中的应用情况，旨在为未来相关研究人员开展食用农产品质量安全检测提供参考。
