摘 要：食品检验是《中华人民共和国食品安全法》中的一项基本监管制度，是市场管理部门对食品生产经营活动全过程监管和执法办案的重要技术支撑。如何精准发现食品质量问题，提高问题样品的抽样靶向率，为及时排查发现食品安全隐患提供科学依据，是承检机构需要重点研究的问题。本文简要分析影响食品安全监督抽样质量的主要因素，并提出提高食品安全监督抽样质量的对策，为提高食品安全监管工作质量和效能提供助力。
