摘 要：随着我国社会经济的迅速发展，农业(包括畜牧业、水产业)发展由数量型向高质量型转变，消费者对农产品的要求越来越高，农产品的质量安全受到了全方位、多角度的空前重视，地方政府的相关工作面临着更加严峻的挑战。本文以秦皇岛市为例，介绍了当地农产品质量安全保障工作的经验做法，分享了保障农产品质量安全的重要举措，以期更好地守护当地居民“舌尖上的安全”。
