摘 要：食品安全是关系国计民生的重大问题，食品添加剂在改善食品品质等方面发挥着重要作用，但不合理使用可能给消费者健康带来风险。本文系统阐述了食品添加剂的分类与用途、安全性指标以及检测技术等，重点介绍了高效液相色谱法、气相色谱法、质谱法、原子吸收光谱法等分析技术在食品添加剂检测中的应用，以及相应的注意事项。通过合理选择检测方案，规范操作流程，建立完善的质量管理体系，可为食品添加剂的科学评估与有效监管提供必要的技术支撑，最大限度保障食品安全。
