摘 要：目的：参照《中华人民共和国药典》(四部)检测标准，建立气相色谱-串联质谱(Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry，GC-MS/MS)法检测百合中15种农药残留。方法：样品经过乙腈溶剂提取，采用GC-MS/MS测定，外标法定量。结果：15种农药的平均回收率在70.6%～115.2%，相对标准偏差在1.7%～12.7%。在选取的甘肃地区产的17批百合样品中共检出农药残留4份，检出率为23.5%。结论：本方法前处理简单，效率高，检测结果的准确度高，能满足百合中农药残留的检测要求。
