摘 要：目的：建立气相色谱法测定蔬菜中乐果、毒死蜱、甲基对硫磷、甲基硫环磷和三唑磷等5种有机磷农药残留的分析方法。方法：试样用乙腈提取，经滤纸过滤、液液萃取、旋蒸浓缩，毛细管色谱柱分离后，用火焰光度检测器测试。结果：5种有机磷农药组分线性关系、检出限满足相关标准要求，加标回收率为91.4%～109.4%，相对标准偏差为0.79%～4.83%。结论：该方法操作简便、准确高效，适用于蔬菜中

    5种有机磷农药残留的检测。
