摘 要：水浸出物是评价武夷红茶质量的重要指标。武夷红茶的执行标准《地理标志产品 武夷红茶》(DB35/T 1228—2015)中要求武夷红茶水浸出物必须≥33%，但在实际检测过程中发现部分武夷红茶尤其是不施肥不打药的生态红茶存在水浸出物不合格的情况，反映出标准中水浸出物指标设置过于严格。本研究通过比较不同红茶产品标准中水浸出物指标，检测不同等级奇红、正山小种及小种红茶水浸出物含量，以及分析武夷红茶水浸出物不合格分布区间以及原因，建议将武夷红茶的相关指标调整为水浸出物≥30%。
