摘 要：农药残留是影响农产品质量安全的重要隐患。本文概述了农产品中常用的农药残留检测方法，重点分析了气相色谱-质谱联用和液相色谱-串联质谱技术的应用及存在的问题。针对检测设备精度不足、样本处理技术有待改进、检测标准适用性不强等难题，提出了优化色谱-质谱联用参数、创新样本萃取方案、健全农药残留限量标准动态修订机制等对策，以期为提升农药残留检测水平、确保农产品质量安全提供参考。

    Abstract： Pesticide residues are an important hidden danger that affects the quality and safety of agricultural products.
