摘 要：灵芝是一种扶正固本、滋补强壮的药用真菌，富含灵芝多糖、灵芝三萜、生物碱、蛋白质等生物大分子。其中，灵芝多糖是其发挥降血糖、降血压、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、提高免疫力、补气安神等功效的主要活性成分，在食品保健、中医临床等领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文对灵芝多糖提取技术的研究进展进行综述，以期为更好地开发利用灵芝多糖提供参考。
