摘 要：基层食品安全监管作为整个监管体系的末梢神经，其有效性直接关系到食品安全战略目标的实现。本文以加强基层食品安全监管为切入点，深入分析了当前基层食品安全监管存在的监管资源配置不足、监管体系机制不完善、监管执法能力薄弱等问题，并从加大投入力度、完善监管体系、强化责任落实以及加强社会共治等方面提出了相应的对策，旨在构建起保障食品安全的坚固防线，切实维护公众食品安全。

    Abstract： As the foundation of the entire regulatory system， the effectiveness of grassroots food safety supervision is directly related to the realization of food safety strategic goals. Taking strengthening grassroots food safety supervision as the starting point， this paper deeply analyzes the current problems of grassroots food safety supervision， such as insufficient allocation of supervision resources， imperfect supervision system mechanism， and weak supervision and law enforcement capabilities. It also proposes corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of increasing investment， improving the supervision system， strengthening responsibility implementation， and strengthening social co-governance， aiming to build a solid line of defense to ensure food safety and effectively safeguard public food safety. ......
