摘 要：高校食堂食品卫生安全是全社会关注的焦点。本文基于汕尾职业技术学院翠园食堂在推行“6T”管理法过程中出现的问题，对高校食堂存在共性问题进行深入分析，并提出相应的对策和建议，以期为“6T”管理在高校食堂的推行提供借鉴。

    Abstract： The food hygiene and safety in college canteens is the focus of the whole society. Based on the problems in each stage of the implementation of “6T” management in Cuiyuan canteen of Shanwei Vocational and Technical College， this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the common difficulties of college canteens， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions， in order to provide reference for the implementation of “6T” management in college canteens.

    确保广大师生舌尖上的安全是高校食堂食品安全工作的核心理念，也是高校后勤工作的重点、难点[1-3]。2023年以来，汕尾职业技术学院在翠园食堂试推行“6T”管理法，这种新的管理模式在一定程度上提高了翠园食堂的服务水平，更好地保障了食品安全，但在推行过程中仍存在较多问题。笔者参与了该食堂“6T”管理法推行的全过程，立足于实际工作经验，对高校食堂推行“6T”管理法的难点进行分析研究，以期为其他高校食堂推行“6T”管理提供经验。
