摘 要:鉴于农药残留对公共健康和农业可持续发展的潜在威胁,本文深入分析了农产品中农药残留问题对食品安全的影响,并提出加强食品安全标准宣传与教育、实施精细化农产品监督抽检制度、构建与完善农产品全链条追溯体系、提升检测能力以及设立应急预案与快速反应机制的管理策略,旨在全面降低农药残留风险以保障农产品生产安全。关键词:农产品;农药残留;食品安全管理
Abstract: Given the potential threat of pesticide residues to public health and sustainable agricultural development, this article provides an in-depth analysis of the impact of pesticide residues in agricultural products on food safety, and proposes to strengthen the promotion and education of food safety standards, implement a refined supervision and sampling system for agricultural products, build and improve a full chain traceability system for agricultural products, enhance testing capabilities, and establish management strategies for emergency plans and rapid response mechanisms, aiming to comprehensively reduce the risk of pesticide residues to ensure the safety of agricultural product production.
