野生菌中毒事件流行病学分析及防治对策
摘 要:随着社会的发展和进步,人们的生活水平不断提高,在饮食上的选择也越来越多,如野生菌由于其独特的味道和鲜美的口感已经普遍成为人们餐桌上的一道佳肴。但是,很多野生菌都具有一定的毒性,误食后极易出现中毒事件,严重情况下甚至会危及人们的生命安全。基于此,本文主要对野生菌中毒事件流行病学进行简单分析,并提出防治野生菌中毒事件的有效措施。关键词:野生菌中毒;流行病学;防治对策
Abstract: With the development and progress of society, people’s living standards continue to improve, and there are more and more choices in diet, such as wild bacteria has generally become a delicacy on people’s table because of its unique taste and delicious taste. However, many wild bacteria have certain toxicity, it is easy to have poisoning incidents after eating wild bacteria, and even endanger people’s life safety in serious cases. Based on this, this paper mainly analyzes the epidemiology of wild bacteria poisoning events, and proposes effective measures to prevent and control wild bacteria poisoning events.
