摘 要：农药的大量使用在提高农产品产量的同时，也引发了严重的农药残留问题，给食品安全及公众健康带来巨大的潜在威胁。因此，构建科学、完善、高效、系统的农药残留检测质量控制体系是势在必行之举。基于此，本文探讨了蔬菜和水果农药残留检测的质量控制措施，以期保证检测结果的准确性、可靠性，为公众食品安全提供保障。

    Abstract： The extensive use of pesticides has increased the output of agricultural products， but has also caused serious pesticide residue problems， posing a huge potential threat to food safety and public health. Therefore， it is imperative to build a scientific， complete， efficient and systematic pesticide residue detection quality control system. Based on this， this article discusses the quality control measures for pesticide residue detection in vegetables and fruits， in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results and provide protection for public food safety.
