液相色谱-质谱联用法测定辣椒粉中甲胺磷残留量的不确定度评定





摘 要:采用液相色谱-质谱联用法测定辣椒粉中甲胺磷的残留量,根据测定过程对测量不确定度进行评定。辣椒粉中甲胺磷的检测结果可表示为(0.031 0±0.001 1)mg·kg-1,k=2。测定过程中校准过程对甲胺磷测量不确定度的影响最大,其次是样品前处理过程和测定过程中的随机效应,体积变化和样品称量对不确定度的影响较小。检测时应重点关注校准过程,尽量减小其对测量结果不确定度的影响。
