母乳低聚糖健康功能与应用研究进展
摘 要:母乳低聚糖(Human Milk Oligosaccharides,HMOs)组成和结构复杂,无法直接从母乳中分离提取,一般采用化学合成、酶促合成和生物工程合成的方法获得。不同结构特征的HMOs对不同人群健康的影响不同,当前各国对HMOs的认识和法规都在不断完善。本文综述了母乳低聚糖的组成及结构、合成及检测方法、健康功能、法规要求和应用现状等,旨在为HMOs的分离、开发及未来商业化应用提供相关参考。关键词:母乳低聚糖;健康功能;应用现状
Abstract: Human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs) are complex in composition and structure, which cannot be directly isolated and extracted from breast milk, and are generally obtained by chemical synthesis, enzymatic synthesis, and bioengineering synthesis. HMOs with different structural characteristics have different effects on the health of different populations, and the understanding and regulations of HMOs are constantly improving in various countries. This paper reviews the composition and structure, synthesis and assay methods, health functions, status of regulations and applications of HMOs, aiming to provide relevant references for the isolation, development and future commercialization of HMOs.
