摘 要：本文分析了蔬菜农残速测技术在食品安全检测中的应用现状。针对农残速测设备灵敏度不足、检测结果判定标准不统一、样品前处理方法有待优化等问题，提出了提升检测设备性能、完善检测结果判定规范、优化样品前处理流程等解决策略，以期为蔬菜农残速测技术的规范应用提供参考。

    Abstract： This article analyzes the current application status of vegetable pesticide residue rapid detection technology in food safety testing. In response to the issues of insufficient sensitivity of pesticide residue rapid testing equipment， inconsistent criteria for determining test results， and the need to optimize sample pretreatment methods， solutions have been proposed to improve the performance of testing equipment， improve the standards for determining test results， and optimize the sample pretreatment process. The aim is to provide reference for the standardized application of vegetable pesticide residue rapid testing technology.
