摘 要：近年来，我国预制菜产业快速崛起，已成为食品消费市场的新热点和推动食品产业高质量发展的重要力量。日照市作为海滨城市，在高端海洋预制菜领域具有得天独厚的资源优势。深入研究日照市高端海洋预制菜产业发展现状及路径，对于推动地方特色产业升级、提升区域经济竞争力具有重要意义。当前，日照市高端海洋预制菜产业发展存在产品同质化、标准不完善、产业链整合不足等问题。针对这些问题，本文提出开放视野和加强“内功”修炼、重视人才积累和技术研发、加强标准引领和质量管理、推动产业集群发展等建议，以期促进日照市高端海洋预制菜产业高质量发展，助力打造具有国际竞争力的特色产业集群。
