摘 要：随着科技的进步，我国农业现代化水平不断提升，人们生活质量得到显著提高的同时，也对食品安全有了更高的期望。农产品检测技术作为保障食品安全的核心手段，在全面筛查农产品中的农药残留及添加剂方面发挥着不可或缺的作用。鉴于此，本文分析了农产品质量安全检测的定义及其在农业发展中的重要性，并结合现有的农产品检测技术提出了一系列提升农产品质量安全检测水平的策略。

    Abstract： With the progress of science and technology， China's agricultural modernization level continues to improve， people’s quality of life has been significantly improved at the same time， but also have higher expectations for food safety. As a core means to ensure food safety， agricultural product testing technology plays an indispensable role in comprehensively screening pesticide residues and additives in agricultural products. In view of this， this article analyzes the definition of agricultural product quality and safety testing and its importance in agricultural development， and proposes a series of strategies to improve the quality and safety testing level of agricultural products based on existing agricultural product testing technology.
