摘 要：食品追溯系统是减少食品安全问题、维护消费者权益的关键手段。尽管各地都在积极建设食品追溯系统，但系统仍然存在不少的问题，使得其在食品安全保障方面的作用无法充分发挥出来。本文分析了食品追溯系统在保障食品安全中的作用，探讨了基于食品安全保障的食品追溯系统存在的问题，提出相应的食品追溯系统优化策略。

    Problems and Optimization Strategies Existing in the Food Safety Traceability System

    Abstract： The food traceability system is a key means to reduce food safety issues and safeguard consumer rights. Although various regions are actively building food traceability systems， there are still many problems with the systems， which prevent them from fully playing their role in ensuring food safety. This article analyzes the role of food traceability systems in ensuring food safety， explores the problems of food traceability systems based on food safety assurance， and proposes corresponding optimization strategies for food traceability systems.
