摘 要：食品检验检测是食品安全监管的重要技术支撑，其中样品管理是保证检测数据准确可靠的关键环节。本文深入分析当前食品检验检测样品管理中存在的问题，包括样品采集过程中的代表性不足、专业能力欠缺，样品保存过程中的存储条件不达标、管理制度不完善，样品处置过程中的规范性不足、环境污染风险等。针对这些问题，提出强化样品采集管理、完善样品保存管理、规范样品处置管理等对策建议，以提高食品检验检测的质量和效率。
