摘 要：随着人们生活水平的提高，食品安全问题日益成为社会关注的焦点。我国食源性疾病的防控尤为重要。相关部门应积极加强食源性疾病的宣传，建立健全的食源性疾病报告制度，加强致病菌的检验监测，提高人们预防食源性疾病的能力，以此减少食源性疾病的发生。本文概述食源性疾病的含义、食源性疾病发生的致病因素，分析我国食源性疾病的现状，并提出相应的防控措施。

    Abstract： With the improvement of people’s living standards， food safety has increasingly become the focus of social attention.
