摘 要：本文分析了食品安全事件对高校学生饮食行为和心理健康所造成的影响，探究了高校存在的食品监管机制不完善、食品安全意识薄弱、心理疏导机制缺失的问题，提出了加强食品安全监管与教育、建立心理支持机制、优化校园餐饮服务以及构建食品安全事件应对预案的系列改进措施。

    Effects of Food Safety Incidents on Eating Behavior and Mental Health of College Students

    Abstract： This article analyzes the impact of food safety incidents on the dietary behavior and mental health of college students， explores the problems of imperfect food supervision mechanisms， weak food safety awareness， and lack of psychological counseling mechanisms in universities， and proposes a series of improvement measures to strengthen food safety supervision and education， establish psychological support mechanisms， optimize campus catering services， and construct food safety incident response plans.
