摘 要：本文从原材料供应链管理效能、生产过程控制精度、质量检测技术水平及食品安全风险评估能力4个方面分析影响食品质量管理体系的因素，揭示了当前食品质量管理体系存在的主要问题。同时，提出了构建智能化供应链追溯系统、实施全流程自动化监控、引入先进检测设备与方法及建立动态风险预警机制等优化策略，旨在提升食品质量安全管理水平，保障食品安全。

    Abstract： This paper analyzes the factors affecting the food quality management system from four aspects： raw material supply chain management efficiency， production process control accuracy， quality inspection technology level and food safety risk assessment ability， and reveals the main problems existing in the current food quality management system.
