摘 要：本文探讨了基层食用农产品抽检过程中质量控制的关键环节及其优化策略。通过分析现行抽检工作中采样技术、检测设备精度及人员专业能力等方面存在的问题，提出了完善采样标准操作程序、提升设备性能管理及加强人员培训等优化措施。研究表明，科学合理的抽检质量控制策略能够有效提升抽检数据的可靠性，为保障食用农产品质量安全提供有力支持。

    Abstract： This article explores the key links and optimization strategies of quality control in the sampling process of grassroots edible agricultural products. By analyzing the problems in sampling technology， testing equipment accuracy， and personnel professional ability in current sampling work， optimization measures such as improving sampling standard operating procedures， enhancing equipment performance management， and strengthening personnel training have been proposed.
