摘 要：随着社会经济迅速发展，人们消费水平的不断提升，饮食结构也日益多样化。在食品安全问题频发的情况下，开展食品安全检测工作，确保检测结果的精准度，是保障食品安全的关键所在，而质量管理体系建立与评估工作在食品安全检测工作中显得尤为重要。本文探究食品检测实验室的质量管理存在的问题，食品检测实验室的质量管理体系的建设意义以及食品检测实验室的质量管理体系建立与评估路径。
