摘 要：本文聚焦基于供应链的猕猴桃质量安全追溯体系构建，强调了该体系在保障猕猴桃从采摘、加工到运输各环节质量安全中的重要性。通过分析采摘与加工环节对猕猴桃品质的影响，以及运输过程中的潜在风险，提出了包括建立统一标识系统、全面采集信息数据、构建追溯平台及强化监管机制在内的有效策略，旨在通过透明化、标准化的管理手段，提升猕猴桃产业的质量安全水平，保障消费者权益，推动行业健康发展。
