2020—2023年贾汪区食品安全风险监测结果分析

摘 要:目的:为及时掌握贾汪区食品卫生质量情况,发现食品中存在的风险因子及危害因素。方法:2020—2023年对辖区内不同流通环节进行食品安全风险监测工作,检测项目为微生物及致病因子。结果:2020—2023年共抽检样本82份,合格69份,合格率为84.15%。结论:贾汪区食品安全问题存在一定安全隐患;根据《食品安全国家标准 糕点、面包》(GB 7099—2015)、《食品安全国家标准 预包装食品中致病菌限量》
(GB 29921—2021)等,超标项目主要为菌落总数、大肠菌群和大肠埃希氏菌。为更好地开展食品安全风险监测、应对不断更新的检测项目,需要上级有关部门对基层检测单位给予技术上和经济上的帮助。
