摘 要：目的：分析评定气相色谱法测定蜜饯中甜蜜素含量的测量不确定度。方法：根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012)的要求分析不确定度来源，计算不确定度分量，合成标准不确定度并计算扩展不确定度。结果：在95%置信概率下，蜜饯中甜蜜素含量为0.679 mg·kg-1时，扩展不确定度为

    0.033 mg·kg-1，标准曲线拟合过程对合成标准不确定度的贡献最大，测量重复性次之。结论：蜜饯中甜蜜素含量的测定应注重气相色谱仪的维护与检验人员技能的训练，以提升测量结果的准确性。
