摘 要：本文研究分析了当前食品检测实验室管理中存在的主要问题，包括管理制度不完善、设备利用率低下和信息化建设滞后等。针对这些问题，提出相应的优化措施，包括健全管理制度、提高设备利用率、推进信息化建设、质量管理体系优化等，旨在提高食品检测实验室的管理水平，确保检测结果的准确性和可靠性，从而更好地保障食品安全。
