摘 要：本文详细分析食品检测流程，构建智能化食品检测管理系统，并引入JAVA技术、UML建模技术以及MySQL数据库，以提高系统管理的精准度和效率。结果表明，该标准化流程在检测准确性、检测效率和流程规范性方面具有显著优势，有效减少了人为误差和不确定性，能够为食品质量安全监管提供可靠支持，保障消费者权益。

    Abstract： This paper analyzes the food inspection process in detail， constructs an intelligent food inspection management system， and introduces JAVA technology， UML modeling technology and MySQL database to improve the accuracy and efficiency of system management. The results show that the standardized process has significant advantages in detection accuracy， detection efficiency and process standardization， effectively reduces human error and uncertainty， which can provide reliable support for food quality and safety supervision and protect consumers’ rights and interests. ......
