Interference Factors and Coping Strategies for Detecting Inorganic Arsenic in Rice by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

Abstract: This paper describes the source of inorganic arsenic in rice, the principle and advantages of atomic fluorescence spectrometry, analyzes the interference factors in the detection of inorganic arsenic in rice by atomic fluorescence spectrometry, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, aiming at improving the detection accuracy and realizing the accurate determination of inorganic arsenic in rice.
